There is no price list: the cost depends on the floor area, the starting condition, the services to be replaced and the materials chosen. A bathroom involving strip-out, waterproofing and new sanitaryware costs far more than a purely cosmetic refresh. That is exactly why the site survey is free: we come out, take measurements and give you an itemised quote, with no surprises once work is under way.

Yes. We lay the underfloor heating panels and circuits, pour the screed and then lay the final floor finish, parquet or porcelain. Because we coordinate the heating engineer ourselves, the stages follow on without idle time on site.

It depends on the scope. For a single room or a secondary bathroom it is often possible, by sealing off the work area and protecting the routes through. For a full renovation, with services and floors to be redone, it is usually better to move out: the work moves faster and the result is better. We discuss this at the site survey.

We do. Disposing of demolition waste and cleaning down are part of how we run the site: on handover you get clean rooms ready to furnish, not a space you still have to clear.

Yes. We are based in Monte Carasso, just outside Bellinzona, and work regularly across the Bellinzona, Locarno and Lugano districts, as well as Mendrisiotto and the Blenio valley. Being local, a site survey can usually be arranged within a few days.
